According to reports, the salary guidance price for the human resources market in Hangzhou in 2019 was formed after the data analysis of labor costs and wage levels of on-the-job employees of 3,111 sample companies and 415,000 employees in the city.


Overall, the “wage level” of Hangzhou people this year is bullish. Data show that the average annual labor compensation of employees in Hangzhou enterprises in 2019 was RMB 82,875, an increase of RMB 6,468, or 8.47%, compared with 2018. The average annual labor cost of the company was RMB 105,768, an increase of RMB 7,282, or 7.4%, compared with 2018.


From the perspective of specific industries, among the 18 industries sampled, the financial industry, information transmission, software and information technology services, and real estate industry's average annual labor compensation are among the top three, which are respectively 192083 yuan, 118241 yuan and RMB 115690. Among them, the average annual labor compensation in the financial industry has been higher than that of the entire industry in the past six years.


From the perspective of labor costs, the highest average labor costs are in the financial industry, information transmission, software and information technology services, and real estate, which are respectively RMB 246,228, RMB 151,166 and RMB 146,011.
