Mr. Li Qiang, vice-president of Guangzhou headhunter Zhaopin, stated, "The recruiting salary in the finance sector remains stable. Additionally, sectors such as smart manufacturing, new energy, and professional services and consultancy are offering high and stable compensation to their newly recruited employees." He further explained that while starting salaries may experience periodic fluctuations, they are also influenced by policies, the state of the economy, industrial development, and labor supply. He speculated that the slight decrease in salaries compared to the previous quarter could be attributed to the trend of individuals changing jobs in the first quarter.

The Zhaopin report also indicates that the nation's economy is experiencing overall recovery and growth, with some macro policies yielding positive results and people's consumption demands gradually recovering. This trend is prompting job seekers to adjust their salary expectations based on market and industry changes.
