1. Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Nanjing office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, focusing on AR/VR devices, CNC training equipment, robotics training equipment, and potentially expanding into welding equipment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about education technology and skilled in navigating the complexities of the TVET market.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the TVET sector.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including educational institutions and training centers.

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

• Travel to client sites to demonstrate product capabilities, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.

• Work closely with the product development team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.

• Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

3. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in the TVET sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with a junior college degree who demonstrate an exceptional outstanding abilities may be considered.

• Experience with AR/VR devices, CNC training equipment, robotics training equipment, and/or welding equipment is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Chinese and English (minimum CET 4 level) is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
