General job content :1. to be leader of the company's all global sales in 40 countries
2. to take responsibility to achieve sales targets set every years in total, for each country and each customer.
3. lead sales team of 8 staffs inc. guidance, set priorities, solve problems , develop new countries, new customers.
Requirements:1. Maintain old customers, and use all kinds of sales platforms to develop new customers
2. Analysis market data, create sales target and make strategies to fulfill it
3. Manage independently sales team including Development for new items and OEM’s
4. Cooperate with other departments
Qualifications: 1. Residency and work permit in GZ.
2. Proven successful experience in International sales
3. Proven experience in International sales of consumer and fashion goods, preferably Jewelry
4. Preferably experience and familiar also with ONLINE sales
5. Foreign languages: English a MUST, preferably other foreign languages like French, Spanish
6. Proven experience in managing sales team
7. Very strong sense and orientation of achieving sales results
8. Independent, goals oriented, creative, dynamic, initiative-taking person.
9. Must: travelling abroad 3-4 times /year
