Responsibilities :

- Video codec algorithm research and optimization;

- C-Model design and realization;

- Trace files format design and generation together/sync with IP verification engineer; 

- Develop and test the video codec control software;

- Cooperate with hardware engineers to optimize the performance of hardware modules and area;

- Help hardware and system/FPGA engineers for system/FPGA verification;

- Help/guild junior engineers to solve technical issues;

- Resolve customer video system software issues on Android or Linux OS, which used our video codec IP.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of related working experience in video codec algorithm research or video multimedia software related;

- MS/PHD/in EE /CS or related IT technology fields;

- Skilled in hardware/software video codec, special on H.264 or H.265,

- Experience in C/C++ design, better on embedded software, be familiar with Linux or Android multimedia frame work, OMX/G-streams or Y4L2 preferred;

- Knowledge on hardware design and optimization is better;

- Good Mandarin and English communication skills;

- Good team work and effective working under high pressure.
