Job Requirements:

1. Doctoral degree or above;

2. Graduated from science and engineering major,

3. Have more than two years of work experience;

4. Engaged in thin film development (PVD, CVD); have certain theoretical knowledge and practical development experience, familiar with magnetron sputtering equipment and technology.

5 Have a certain understanding of yellow-light photolithography process (exposure, development, etching) is preferred;

6. Work proactively, able to bear hardships and work hard;

7. Teamwork spirit, responsibility and pioneering spirit, and strong communication and coordination skills;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Development of Membrane heater, including target selection, coating process, and pattern processing of film layers.

2. Apply product development, standard formulation, process determination, and production guidance to the developed membrane.
