Job description

1.     Performs sales activities on end users and distributors and push forward business and close contracts.

2.     Build and maintain key and target account relationships, participating in key industry trade associations, customer summits, and other functions.

3.     Manages and lead distributor sales activities, to coach and develop distributor’s sale team and product/technical staff to be well equipped professional products, concept and knowledge.

4.     Weekly and monthly reviews progress of sales and profitability roles throughout the company.

5.     Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

6.     Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in selected product portfolio and new innovation products range.

7.     Provides monthly results assessments of distributor sales team’s productivity.

8.     Monthly update and report responsible end-user pipeline to Commercial Director China to reflect the real sales picture.

9.     Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

10.   Establish personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers of end users to strength presence & exposure of Professional.

11.   Support Commercial director to develop sales strategies to improve market share in selected application.

12.   Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales & marketing activities to improve operating result.

13.   Support Commercial director China to establish and control budgets for A&P and sales promotion and trade show expenses.

14.   Monitor the AR and OR issues. Control accounts payable.

15.   Other issues that Commercial Director allocated.

 

Requirements

1.     A Bachelor degree in Life Science Related is preferred;

2.     A minimum of Eight years sales, marketing or related technical experience or training in B2B industries. Preferred in Life Science, Pharmaceutical sector, or the equivalent; Preferred has working experiences in similar European or American company

3.     Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.

4.     Proven ability to motivate and manage the sales distributors, or proven ability to manage and lead sales in end users.

5.     Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.

6.     Knowledge and experience of the P & L concept

7.     Very good oral and written English and mandarin Chinese skills, preferred has the oversea study experience

8.     Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
