ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION

•Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant work experience with minimum 3 years focusing in paper packaging/printing industry
•Minimum 2 years previous experience in development of packaging projects required. In-depth understanding in project management, product development, costing and sampling process. Basic understanding in sales, production, testing and QA process
•Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills with proven ability to analyze problems independently develop solutions and present solutions and rationale for final approval.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly, proactively and effectively in a matrix environment. Good influencing skills.
•Proven ability to multi task and prioritize responsibilities. Must possess the ability to manage multi-projects in a fast paced environment with competing demands and shifting priorities without compromising quality of work.
•Must be assertive and tactful while driving project progress. Not afraid to hold others accountable.
•Good command of English and Mandarin, both verbally and in written
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
•Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player.
•Excellent PC knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Occasional local travel required.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY

•Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is a plus
•Salesforces, Workfront or other Project Management System experience is a plus
•Professional at English & Chinese, Cantonese is a plus
•Good understanding at one or multi areas in packaging sales, design, production, color management, printing or quality management
