Main Responsibilities:

•Payroll:payroll management, social insurance and housing funding,tax,system maintenance, internal&external audit, data analysis and report, certification,

•Support HR to ensure the quality/quantity of employee records and information, work with employees on self-service issues (as needed).

•Effectively support the communication with employees (at all levels) to inform, assist and problem solve on various issues across the variety of HR process-oriented issues including benefits, personnel management.

•Effectively support the HR operations function in communicating with employees (at all levels) and ensuring proper follow-up on matters requiring it.

•Prepare and process information in support of new hire recruitment, employee transfer, employee termination, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefit administration.

•Continuous Improvement: Where possible, identify improvement needs, communicate opportunities for improvement to HR leadership and effectively support their resolution on HR-related process and tactical issues.

•Responsible for labor contract management

•Responsible for maternity insurance, unemployment insurance and injury insurance application

•Responsible for employee archive management

•HR system(SAP, Local HR system) maintenance of all functions

•As SAP administrator/ super user, to make sure the org./data change in SAP are updated, correct and on time

•Prepare HR data analysis and relevant reports in high quality base on business requirement

•Responsible for vendor management and ensure a good service provided by HR external vender

•Work for Employee personnel management

•Act HR benefits scheme and deliver good service to employees

•Ensure C&B work are handled in compliance with labor law & new labor contract law

•Other ad hoc works assigned by immediate Manager


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in C&B and ER, preferably in manufacturing environment

• Good understanding and well-versed of Labor Law, HR practices in the manufacturing industry and Industrial Relations

• Good communication skills, detail oriented and organized

• Fluent oral and written English

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and expert level in Excel. Familiar in SAP is preferred

• Good working attitude, conscientious, able to work under multi-tasks
